The Haines Company was established in 2004 based on a thirty-plus year history in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage business in Texas. Primarily focused on the Dallas side of the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex, the company has developed expertise by facilitating a wide array of transactions over the thirty year history.

Its founder, Edward T. Haines Jr. has been a member and involved in various realtor organizations including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). These various organizations provide a network of relationships to stay attune to changes and trends in the real estate industry. The Haines Company owes much of its success and enviable record of service to clients and lasting relationships.

Haines' proven track record in serving clients was founded in the unique experience in the economic development process where his understanding and knowledge of the Dallas / Ft. Worth marketplace was honed to an expertise. The approach of value-added service and providing win-win solutions to land development, purchase/lease transactions, assemblages, is an underlying philosophy to the company. With experience in corporate relocation process, site selection, zoning, land planning processes while balancing the public and private sector interrelationship.
